Just wanted to tell you that you have great staff working in the FORD Quick Lane service area and sales departments. They are professional, honest and quick.
I first brought my car into ***** for some brake work but I didn't think their customer service was very good. I drove my car down to Porcaro in January and had an excellent experience. I think I worked with Mike at the time.
I recently worked with Jeff bringing my car in for oil change and battery replacement. I saw Mike interact with an irritated customer with a leaking oil problem. He was sincere, respectful and efficient at calming the situation. Each time I see Mike he is always friendly and knowledgeable.
I also test drove an Outlander during my oil change. I worked with Jovi, who usually works with the Ford team but was helping out with Mitsubishi that day. He was friendly and introduced me to Todd. I was so impressed with Todd Covelli that I suggested my husband check out the dealership. He works in Libertyville so it was quite a drive. My husband thought this was the best experience he's ever had with a car purchase.
Needless to say we have a great used vehicle.

My salesperson Jovi made my buying experience pleasurable. I was almost ready to purchase a Chevy Equinox, and I called the dealership to ask a few questions on a friend's recommendation, and Jovi took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly (even though it was almost closing time), and then invited me in for a test drive, which resulted in a purchase. If he hadn't done such a great job on the phone, I would be driving an Equinox right now, because I was pretty tired of searching and dealing with sales people that didn't listen to what I wanted, and I really wasn't excited at the thought of going to yet another dealership. Jovi took the time took find out what MY wants and needs were, rather than trying to pressure me into something else. He treated me with respect, and listened to all of my questions and concerns and ultimately found me a vehicle that was perfect for me, and I got a great deal on it. He is very personable, and actually made the experience fun. Marc Porcaro assisted as well, and he also handled my transaction very well. They both stayed after close on a Saturday with me to try to find a bank that was still open, and even though they were not able to find one, I greatly appreciated the effort. My transaction went through first thing on Monday morning, and I picked up my vehicle later that day. I have told all of my family and friends about the great experience that I had at Porcaro Ford, and I will continue to do so. I will also be sending anyone that I know who is interested in purchasing a new vehicle to see Jovi!
Mr. Jason Opahle was very attentive to both my wifes and my needs and concerns about the car and all the latest upgrades to the systems on board. Since I have had the car I have been very impressed with the handling, comfort and riding of the Taurus. the 2002 Ford Windstar served us well (our third winstar) but at this time we felt that a change was needed: ie look for a sedan.
